The management at Beverly Beach Spa & Tanning supports a healthy working environment for our valued team. Providers are empowered to end your service as a result of verbal or physical mistreatment.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time however, we understand that sometimes unexpected things happen! Repeated failure (more than twice) to cancel your appointment or cancellation within 24 hours of your service will result in a $50 charge or you will forfeit your deposit if one was collected at the time of booking.

Personally Identifiable Information
Beverly Beach Spa & Tanning collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.

We use the services of two leading Software companies, Mind Body Online (www.mindbodyonline.com) and Moneris Solutions (www.moneris.com) for appointment scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about the companies and their Privacy Policies.

Making a purchase through MindBody Online, will require information about your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card.

MindBody also requires an account to be created for appointment scheduling by providing your name, email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MindBody to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not stored in the MindBody system.

Beverly Beach Spa & Tanning also collects your name and email address if you sign up for our email newsletter.

How can I unsubscribe from emails sent from Beverly Beach Spa & Tanning MINDBODY site?
You can opt out of texts and emails through your account under Consumer Mode on Mindbody, or you can contact one of our Beauty Ambassadors by calling the spa at (780) 761-9700 who will assist with updating your account’s communication preference.

Where is MINDBODY’s consumer data stored? Where are MINDBODY’s backup servers located?

MINDBODY stores all data in servers and backup servers located in the United States. MINDBODY has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU. Will consumers have “the right to be forgotten” (have their data removed from MINDBODY upon request)? As a Mindbody Account holder, you can submit a requests to remove your information from MINDBODY databases through the Data Options page.

We collect non-personally identifiable information from you in order for us to better understand how our website is used. Information about a user’s visit is logged, however your IP address is never referenced to personally identifiable information. Usage statistics are gathered in a
